Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours and shipped after being specially manufactured for each customer. However, this process may take up to 14 business days, excluding national holidays. Additionally, some products may have a longer production time due to their bespoke nature.
Import Tax & VAT
Please note that customs may add extra charges when the items are shipped from our International Warehouses. This is something we cannot control. If you decide not to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to give you a refund. We also do not cover customs charges.
